Information collected from the Dental Council’s public register of dental professionals may be used to verify the personal details you enter when you register to use our site. If you (or any third party for whom you are acting) are an existing customer, we will only contact you (or any third party for whom you are acting) by electronic means (e-mail or SMS) with information about goods and services similar to those which were the subject of a previous sale to you or to any third party who carried out the transaction on your behalf.

SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of this Acceptable Use Policy through your use of our site. When a breach of this policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.

Failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy constitutes a material breach of the Terms of Website Use upon which you are permitted to use our site, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

Refund and Cancellation Policy

The State Dental Council (SDC) reserves the right to refuse/cancel a Registration in the SDC.

If SDC refuses a new or renewing Registration, registrants will be offered a refund.

Registration Cancellation by Participant

Registration cancellations received within 3 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations will be accepted via e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

All benefits and incentives received by participant must be cancelled /returned to the SDC.

All refund requests must be made by the attendee.

Refund requests must include the name of the attendee.

Refunds will be credited back to the attendee.

These above policies apply to all SDC Registration unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.

SDC Event Refund/Cancellation Policy

Event Cancellation by Sponsor

The State Dental Council (SDC) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.

If SDC cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Registration Cancellation by Participant

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 5 business days before the event.

Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a service fee.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.

Cancellations will be accepted via e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

All refund requests must be made by the attendee.

Refund requests must include the name of the attendee.

Refunds will be credited back to the attendee.

These above policies apply to all SDC Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
